How secure is our payment system?
Arte Rústica uses PayPal® for payment transactions. Arte Rústica does not register any credit card information. The payment process is handled solely by PayPal®. PayPal® is a highly secure payment system that uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal® automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches the PayPal® site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal® servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Where do you ship?
We ship world-wide from our head-office located in Lisboa, Portugal. All shipping costs are automatically calculated when you checkout.
What are my shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined by your shipping address, and are automatically calculated when you checkout.
Prices in our shop are in Euros. On top of the page, your have a currency selector which will allow you to select American Dollars. In this case, prices will appear in dollars according to the exchange rate of the day.
